We are certified by InstallationMasters™ InstallationMasters™ is a nationwide training and certification program for installers of windows and patio doors in the residential and light commercial markets. The program was developed by the American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA) after prompting from the Building, Environment and Thermal Envelope Council (BETEC) through the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). InstallationMasters™ is designed to teach installers the best practices and installation techniques for both new construction and replacement projects based on established industry stands. It provides an assurance that certified installers have been trained and passed the written examination. We are an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm Common renovation activities like sanding, cutting, and demolition can create hazardous lead dust and chips by disturbing lead-based paint, which can be harmful to adults and children. To protect against this risk, on April 22, 2008, EPA issued a rule requiring the use of lead-safe practices and other actions aimed at preventing lead poisoning. Under the rule, beginning April 22, 2010, contractors performing renovation, repair and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities, and schools built before 1978 must be certified and must follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination.
Our Warranty We provide all our clients with a limited workmanship warranty upon job completion. If defective workmanship is found within one year of job completion date, we will repair or replace the defective workmanship, materials, or equipment at no cost to the owner. This is in addition to any manufacturer or equipment warranty. Payment We accept Visa, MasterCard, Check, and Cash. We will never ask for a down payment of more than 10% or $1000, whichever is less. We will always work closely with our clients to develop a reasonable payment schedule.
